Some guidelines for participation in the online course.

Firstly, prepare your space for meditation and learning.

  • During the course we would request you to sit in a quiet room with doors closed with proper internet connection.
  • You will need a yoga mat, head sets, water, a chair, notepad and pen, and candles and incense.
  • Dim lighting in your room. Light incense to create a meditative ambiance in your room.
  • We suggest a very light meal 45 minutes before the course starts or after the lessons.
  • Avoid texting or speaking over the phone during the course. Keep the phone in silence.
  • Kindly be in silence during the course & in break times.

Some parts of the course is interactive we would expect you not to be traveling or not to be doing any other chores during your course hours.

Participate everyday to get the complete essence of the course.

Please make sure that there is nobody else other than the people who have registered for the course, along with you.
